The more I look at this picture, the less I see the dumbbells. These weights look exactly like green M&M chocolate candies. This person was chopping some wood when this happened. Instead of getting a uniform, flat cut, they ended up with a spiky wood piece. How scary are this dog and its teeth in this picture? Even after finding out that this is actually a pinecone in its mouth, it’s still hard to unsee the sharp teeth. We had heard of dogs learning to do tricks like fetching a ball or obeying commands, but this would be the first dog we had ever seen riding a bicycle. Too bad this is just a really cool optical illusion created by the position of the dog and the camera. It would have been amazing if the dog was really riding a bike, though.

This ice formation stands out like a sore thumb on this front yard, but what looks out of place and like viney bushes growing out of ice is actually a burst pipe that came up from under a tree and froze before it could scatter. Pretty cool looking, but a bit eerie.

Is this a black hole in the duvet? No, this cat somehow managed to curl up into a perfect circle and confuse everyone. On another note, how can cats twist their spines like this and still sleep comfortably? If an adult sleeps a little bit differently than usual, their back will hurt for days. Imagine sleeping like this!

This is one of those pictures that will confuse anyone. Even after finding out what it is supposed to be, we will still see what our brains want us to see. This bale of hay somehow aligned with the shadow and the colors so perfectly that it created an optical illusion of a hole in the grass.

Cheetos are so tasty, we all love having them as a snack every once in a while. However, don’t get too excited: these aren’t tasty cheesy treats. This shoebox is actually filled with silkworm cocoons. After making cocoons, these silkworms will turn into silk moths, which are the primary producer of silk.

While it might be obvious while looking at the image on the left that this is a drawing of a frog, the moment you look at it from a different angle you realize things aren’t always what they seem to be. It turns out this picture changes completely when you turn it sideways.

This is such a cool concept. Someone out there took the time to cut different types of food into perfect squares and their hard work definitely paid off. This picture looks awesome. But the truth is now we are in the mood to go play some Minecraft –  and probably have a little snack too.

Can you imagine how scary it was for this person who was just casually washing their dishes and suddenly realized their drain was staring back at them? It’s amazing how the shape of the bubbles in the water looks exactly like the shape of a human eye. Creepy!

We wonder how the photographer realized that cotton looks like a crowd at a concert… Were they laying down on the cotton while watching the cotton picker do its job when they saw it? Sounds dangerous. Either way, this is a very cool picture.

This must have been a big scare for whoever ordered the muffin. Imagine seeing the waiter come to your table and serving you a rat on a plate… We have to admit we would have needed a moment to realize this is just a regular muffin with a funny shape.

Apparently, there is a restaurant in Italy where they make and store salami around a spool. Whenever someone orders it, they unroll some of the product and cut it off to serve it.

Believe it or not, this lobster is actually inside a wet bucket. But something about the angle of the camera makes it look like the crustacean is really on the surface of the Moon. Whoever took this picture must have giggled a lot when they realized what was happening.

How incredible is this?! This woman is such a talented artist that she managed to transform herself into a blurry picture in real life. It looks like she is in water or behind a window, but it is just her makeup. Impressive.

These are not little gnomes visiting someone’s backyard, can you believe that? This is actually a plant called Dracula simia, also known as monkey orchid. Some people think it looks like gnomes or monkeys, but one thing is for sure: this plant definitely looks like anything but a plant.

Located on the shore of Lake Zug in Switzerland, this door looks like it leads nowhere. However, if you open the door and down a flight of stairs, you will reach an underwater observatory where you can watch the fish from a very unexpected angle.

We must have tried to click this “play” button about a hundred times before we realized it’s not actually a button. From this specific angle, the triangular shape of these windows makes this picture look like a video. We love it! Was this done on purpose? By accident? Well never know.

So this guy is a metalworker and he explained that they have to clear the whole work hall from dust that accumulated over the year annually. After a long shift, this is what his face looks like when he takes off his dust mask.

If the person who took this photo had not explained that there isn’t a photograph being held up against the horizon, no one would ever be able to figure it out. The way the water and the rocks align so perfectly creating 90-degree angles makes it look like those hands on the railing are holding a printed photo.

If you are unfamiliar, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are four mutant superhero turtles named after Italian Renaissance artists. Each one wears a different color mask, and Raphael is the one who wears the red mask. That would be enough to make us think this swing looks like the superhero, but the shadow cast on the seat makes it even more similar.

This is such an incredible coincidence. Not only does Anne Hathaway’s husband Adam Shulman look a lot like William Shakespeare, but the famous writer’s wife was also named Anne Hathaway.

Believe it or not, this tiny furry creature is not this dog’s baby. In fact, it’s not even a dog. It’s a hamster! It turns out dogs are so friendly they will play with all types of animals, including those smaller than their own paws. So cute!

This picture of grass almost looks like a painting. There is something so fascinating about the way the grass swirls and creates lots of different shapes. We wonder how it got to this point and if it was done on purpose, since it does look like it wouldn’t be great for walking.

There is something about the way the dirt on the car door creates a painting-like visual, that makes it look exactly like bushy trees in a forest. Besides that, the colors of the door handle make it look like a flying saucer above all trees. Or does it just look like a good, old car door handle?
