How to deal with the configuration information could not be read from the domain controller errors?

I get an error

I was getting message on laptop upon trying to get laptop to accept updated windows password (I updated my password on another desktop machine, not the laptop):

when trying to get my laptop to accept the latest Windows password. How to fix the configuration information could not be read from the domain controller error? Please give me some advice.

              The cause: I think this error can be caused due to several causes:

    1. The first issue is that you are not conducting the action with the admin account, resulting in the Configuration Information Could Not Be Read From The Domain Controller windows error.
    2. Second, it’s possible that you’re using a VPN or that your password has expired.
    3. Finally, you may have been reported by some users that if your system time and date are incorrect, this error may appear.
      The solution: To solve this problem, trying turn off the wifi, then turn back on, and create a new password to connect with. After that, in order to update your credentials, Windows prompted you to lock and unlock your Windows session.

  2. This was how I solved it.

    Turning off WIFI.. turning WIFI on again and connecting with a new password. Windows asked me to lock and unlock my Windows session in order to update my credentials.
