“ERROR Database Is Being Accessed By Other Users DETAIL There Is 1 Other Session Using The Database” – How to fix?

I get the error “database is being accessed by other users DETAIL: There is 1 other session using the database.”

Please give me some advice to fix it.

    In case you expect more than one maximum this will work

    PostgresVersion >=9.2

    SELECT 
       pg_terminate_backend(pg_stat_activity.pid)
    FROM pg_stat_activity
    WHERE
       pg_stat_activity.datname = 'name_of_database_to_be_disconnected'
    AND pid <> pg_backend_pid()
