I am getting error: legacy-install-failure in python when trying to install gensim python Package. How to fix it?

    Here are the full steps to fix error: legacy-install-failure in python

    python -m pip install –upgrade pip
pip install –upgrade wheel
pip install –upgrade setuptools
pip install gensim OR pip3 install gensim

  3. For windows version 110 OR 11(x64) & python 3.10, you should download the file gensim‑4.1.2‑cp310‑cp310‑win_amd64.whl
