Ideas for install firefox developer edition: First, make sure you have the developer tools installed:sudo apt-get install firefox-developer-edition.

Next, you need to get the plugins for FireFox. There are basically two ways of doing that:Using Firefox’s built in method, or Using a .mozilla file provided by Mozilla.

I found out that the easiest way is to use one of those .mozilla files provided by Mozilla. To do that, open a command prompt and type “firefox -P” into it and answer yes to any questions (like which profile you want to modify). Once you’ve done that, go back to Firefox and then click on Tools -> Addons… In the window that pops up select “Developer Mode…” at the bottom of the page and then hit “install”, then restart Firefox. That’s all there is to it! To uninstall another way, just follow this article on how to remove extensions safely from firefox.
