    You should use the setTimeout method with input values like the following example

    <!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
   <body>
      <script>
         setTimeout(function(){
            window.location.href = 'https://ittutoria.net/';
         }, 5000);
      </script>
      <span>The sample: redirects after 5 seconds.</span>
   </body>
</html>
