Hg2(C2H3O2)2 + 2NaCl -> Hg2Cl2+ 2NaC2H3O2
HBr + KOH -> KBr + H2O
Ba(NO3)2+ MgSO4 -> BaSO4 + Mg(NO3)2
H2O2 +BaBrO -> NaBr+ H2O+ O2

♦ Relevant knowledge

A single aqueous solution could include two different Ionic compounds that are dissolved, for example in that it has two distinct anions and two different cations present. The two ions to make two different Ionic compounds. The rearrangement of the Ionic bonds is a double displacement reaction, which can be explained using an equation that is balanced and has the use of phase notation. When one or more of the compounds are insoluble within water it will be able to receive the solid “s” in the phase notation to signify that it will precipitate from the ionic mix. In the event of this happening we further categorize the process as a precipitation reaction.
