Python was not found run without arguments – Simple solution when encountering the error

I get the error message:

Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, 

or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases.

Has anyone ever faced this problem? How to troubleshoot the “ python was not found run without arguments” But the problem is appearing when I try to operate the following program

python -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools virtualenv
python-3.x

    The cause: This error occurs perhaps due to a Windows update designed to steer you to their store.

    Solution: To download Python, visit http://python.org. Ensure that you check the option to add Python to your PATH during the installation.

    2. The path environment variable can be viewed.

    3. Click on “Start” and then type “Manage App Execution Aliases”. Turn off Python by going to this page
