I get the ”npm install maximum call stack size exceeded” error when trying to run npm install

This is output from console:

I have tried to reinstall node_modules after removing it many times. I am unable to comprehend what is causing this and how to repair it.

    The cause: This error is frequently the result of npm failing to finish a task associated with your npm install command.

    Solution: First, you need to delete package-lock.json and then create a new package-lock.json file by using:
