I want to use file get content in php but I am still a novice at Php, your suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.

♦ Suggestions of ITtutoria Team
The file_get_content function is a part of the PHP language, file_get_contents() is the best way to read the content of a file into a string, because it will map the file for enhanced performance.

Here is our case study:

<?php
   file_get_contents("https://ittutoria.net/file.txt");
?>

    Use file_get_contents() with Syntax : file_get_contents(path, include_path, context, start, max_length)

    Here is the sample

    file_get_contents('https://ittutoria.net/file', false, $context);

    You could consider my suggestion here

    $filename = "/folder/uploaded/file.zip";
    $file_contents = file_get_contents($filename);

    $content = "--".MULTIPART_BOUNDARY."\r\n".
     "Content-Disposition: form-data; name="".FORM_FIELD.""; filename="".basename($filename).""\r\n".
     "Content-Type: application/zip\r\n\r\n".
     $file_contents."\r\n";

    // add some POST fields
    $content .= "--".MULTIPART_BOUNDARY."\r\n".
     "Content-Disposition: form-data; name="foo"\r\n\r\n".
     "bar\r\n";

    // signal end of request
    $content .= "--".MULTIPART_BOUNDARY."--\r\n";
