When I trying to load a saved SVM model, I encounter the ”runtimewarning: numpy.dtype size changed, may indicate binary incompatibility. expected 96, got 88” error.

I have attempted to uninstall SkLearn, NumPy, and SciPy and then reinstall the most recent versions all at once (using pip). I continue to get this issue.
I don’t know why this error happpens and how to solve it? Can someone help me? Thanks!
The cause: I think this error occurs because the installed packages were created using a different version of numpy.
Solution: You can fix the issue by downgrading numpy.
