What is a scatterplot and how does it help us?

♦ Relevant knowledge
Scatterplot can be described as an example of graph that shows the connection between cause and effect , or among the factors that affect the quality. Most often they are utilized to study the relationship between two elements.

Scatterplot typically employ dots to represent value (intersection point) of two variables. The location of each dot’s horizontal and vertical axes will represent one particular element of an individual data point.

To put it in simple terms A spread plot is an graph using coordinates to display the value of data in two dimensions. The two variables are depicted by both the vertical axis (Y axis) and horizontal axis (X axis).
